This Room is Baby Powder Fresh!

So the other night, I could hear the boys laughing and giggling.  I just smiled and was so happy that they were playing nicely, so I decided to take a peek...!

Oh yeah, their laughing alright...
because Jack emptied an entire bottle of baby powder ALL OVER Sam's room.
Here he is coating Sam's toy box.
He felt the need to sprinkle baby powder on everything in the room...

The rocker...

Lightning McQueen...

The toy tool bench...

And yes, even the Mr. Potato Head pieces...

*sigh*
Took 2 nights to clean it all up..the vacuum started smelling like burnt baby powder!

  1. My boys did the same thing this past summer. Huge mess, especially with the ceiling fan blowing the powder everywhere. Months later, I still find powder that has slowly settled into the corners.

  2. Ginger! I LOVE your blog! I am visiting from Project Naptime! She passed along a blog award that she received from you! I am so excited to be your newest follower for many reasons! First, I have 2 super stinky boys myself! I have 2 Bonus Daughters too, so my teams are even (thank goodness). Mine has been known to cover himself, his room and his friends in diaper creme and neosporin. Such fun! Second, we're fellow Texan bloggers! Third, I can't wait to dig in and learn from all your craftiness!

  3. I have 3 boys 12,4 and 3. needless to say the 3 &4 yr olds keep me on my toes. I was so happy when I saw your blog and to see that I am not the only one with mischiveous little boys:) We have had the baby powder thing happen and an entire bottle of glitter (doesn't vacuum up too well?) new bottle of solar oil (professional size) oh yeah let's not forget the bottle of syrup taken out of the kitchen and squeezed onto the carpet in the living room! And that's just the tip of the iceberg. But I soon realized I just need to laugh that one day I will miss these silly adventures:) Thanks for your blog:)
